The Christian life is not a solo. God created us to glorify Him as a unified family. His beautiful design is one of a Body, with Christ as the Head, enabling each member of the family to channel His grace to one another by His Spirit. Because we are all at different stages in our journey, we desire to be a family of people who say, “Come follow me as I follow Christ!", fulfilling His call both to be disciples and to disciple.

- worshiping & fellowshipping with our church family

- praying with and for one another
- studying the Bible on our own and encouraging one another with Biblical instruction in small groups and discipleship pairings
- offering age appropriate spiritual instruction and equipping parents to disciple their children
GO Serve Christ by...
- understanding how God has designed & equipped us to serve
- serving alongside one another as adults and children
- loving one another and reaching out into the community
SOW the Gospel of Christ by...
- praying for and deepening relationships with unbelievers
- sharing the Gospel with others
- supporting the work of missionaries
Our Vision:
Our prayer for the family of Abingdon Bible Church is that, being anchored in the truth of God’s perfect Word and with prayerful dependence on Him, we increasingly treasure our sovereign God and are changed by Him as we use the gifts of the Spirit to make disciples of Christ.
